江苏省泰兴经济开发区是江苏省沿江重点发展的化工园区，2005年被中国石油和化工工业协会命名为“中国精细化工（泰兴）开发园区”，园区规划面积85平方公里，已建成面积约20平方公里，汇集了美、德、英、法、日、新加坡及港澳台等国家和地区的企业160多家。

项目主要内容：

随着下游如汽车、集成电路、胶粘剂等产业的快速发展，国内环氧树脂需求增长较快，近几年，环氧树脂的进口量年均增长率为27.88%，预计2012年我国对环氧树脂需求增长较快，近几年，环氧树脂的进口量年均增长率为27.88%，预计2012年我国对环氧树脂的需求总量将达到120万吨左右。比利时苏威公司在我区投资的10万吨环氧氯丙烷项目即将开工建设，因此，在我区建设具有经济规模、牌号齐全的特种环氧树脂装置具有广阔前景。

In 2005, it was named as “China Fine-chemical (Taixing) Park” by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association with 85km² planning square. There are 150 enterprises from America、Germany、England、 France、Japan、Singapore、Hong Kong、Macao and Taiwan in the zone.

Market Analysis: With the development of car、integrated circuit、glue industries, the demand of epoxy resin is increasing in our country. In recent years, the average annual growth rate of import volume is 27.88%. It is expected that the demand of epoxy resin in our country will reach 1，200，000 tons in 2012. So the epoxy resin device construction has the vast potential for future development.
